Stripe processes the payment and deposits it into the account the community designates. Calli does not receive or hold the HOA fee money.
Illustrative example: Calli currently charges no fee; the total includes only Stripe’s cost (processing and depositing the payment) and its VAT. Paid only by whoever chooses to pay online.
Assembly and decisions
The board proposes, neighbors vote and everything stays inside the app. Every decision has its process.
