Cookie Policy

Last updated: May 25, 2025

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which ones we use on the calli.website website, and similar technologies on the Calli platform. It supplements our Privacy Policy. By continuing to browse the website, you accept the strictly necessary cookies described here.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your browser or device. They help remember preferences, maintain sessions, or measure site usage.

Similar technologies include browser local storage (localStorage, sessionStorage) and identifiers in mobile apps (not always «cookies», but serve comparable functions).

2. Controller

The controller for cookie use on calli.website is the operator of the Calli platform, on the same terms described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Cookies on calli.website (website)

In the current version of the Calli website we use only cookies and local storage strictly necessary for operation. We do not deploy behavioral advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

3.1 Technical / necessary cookies

These include:

  • Language preference (Spanish / English) via next-intl.
  • Light, dark, or system theme preference (next-themes).
  • Session or security cookies from the hosting framework (e.g., load balancing or CSRF protection if set by the provider).

3.2 Duration

Language and theme preferences may persist in localStorage or cookies until you clear them or change browser settings.

4. Calli mobile application

The mobile app does not use browser cookies. It uses on-device local storage (e.g., AsyncStorage) for:

  • Session token and user data.
  • Theme preference and home mode (standard, residential, or independent).
  • Cached community, security, or Android quick door-access data.

5. Third-party cookies

The Calli website currently does not integrate social pixels, Google Analytics, or remarketing tools.

If we add analytics, additional embedded maps, or other third-party scripts that set cookies, we will update this policy and, where required by law, show a prior consent banner for non-essential cookies.

The mobile app communicates with third parties (Stripe, Google, Firebase, etc.) via SDKs; that processing is described in the Privacy Policy, not in this website cookie policy.

6. How to manage or disable cookies

You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Disabling necessary cookies may prevent the site from remembering your language or theme.

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies.
  • Safari: Preferences → Privacy.
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security.
  • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions.

7. Changes to this policy

We will publish any changes at this URL with an updated date. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
